If you need to exchange your purchase for a more suitable item or simply aren't satisfied with your order, we're here to ensure everything is resolved quickly and smoothly. If for any reason you would like to return or replace an item, please fill out the form on the contact page or email us at admin@kelydenim.com .

Items must be in the same new, unwashed, and unworn condition in which they were shipped, and all tags must be attached.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after delivery of the item.

If you need to return a product, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds are sent to the payment method used to purchase the product within 48 hours of receiving a returned item, but processing may take longer depending on your payment method's policies.

An email notification will be sent to you when your return is received, and an additional email notification will be sent once your refund has been shipped.

Currently, Kely Denim is only sold locally in the USA, Canada and Brazil.
